To do this, they need not only the support of their families, but also that of their employer. Because, helpers also need support to do their job well. The SET frees up its THW employees for assignments, courses and exercises and greatly appreciates their commitment. For this, the SET was honored by the THW as a \u201cvolunteer-friendly employer\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The commitment of its employees to the THW also gives the employer added value: The employees<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>have distinctive social skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>take responsibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>are team players<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>have professional qualifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you for this appreciation \u2013 we are happy to return the thanks to the THW team: Keep up the good work!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"uber-die-set-gmbh\">About SET GmbH<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>SET GmbH is a specialist in the development of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smart-e-tech.de\/semiconductor\/?lang=en\">semiconductor test systems<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smart-e-tech.de\/aerospace\/hil-test-systems-sod\/?lang=en\">HiL<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smart-e-tech.de\/en\/aerospace\/functional-test-systems-eol-atp\/\">functional test systems<\/a>, as well as in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smart-e-tech.de\/en\/expertise\/electronic-development\/\">electronics development<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.smart-e-tech.de\/expertise\/electronic-manufacturing\/?lang=en\">production<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have been growing constantly since we were founded in 2001 and now employ over 80 people at three locations.
