Dynamic H3TRB / DRB test systems
Innovative reliability tests for SiC and GaN power semiconductors
Wide bandgap materials like silicon carbide (SiC) and gallium nitride (GaN) are determining the future in power electronics. SET’s dynamic semiconductor test systems enable reliability tests that are specifically adapted to the material properties.
We also work with additional dynamic and static test procedures as well as cyclic test systems to use precise reliability tests in qualifying power semiconductors. Alternatively, we also offer Testing as a Service in-house.Learn more
HiL-Design: Automated Testing with System on Demand (SoD)
SET’s powerful HiL testing platform for the aeronautics industry
Modularization, standardization and automation build the foundation for need-based testing procedures. SoD is shifting the focus from a purely technical approach to a fully automated design process. In doing so, it helps to solve the actual problems of our customers, namely time and budget constraints as well as increased demands for flexibility.
As strategic partners, NI, SET and Tech180 are closely cooperating to mark the beginning of a new era in terms of design, development and maintenance of test systems.
